On call policy

Galaxy Facilities Management have the experience and capability to deliver immediate response to escalate, stabilise and resolve emergency conditions on a 24/7 basis. All responses involve contingency plans that surpass industry standard on all levels. This is demonstrable by an exemplary track record of delivery, often obtained 100% approval rating. Response to a call is carefully managed via the Galaxy Facility Management reactive maintenance workflow plan and pride itself in delivering excellence, timely support and value for money.

All our maintenance teams have will be trained on your site specific and service specific requirements. Plus, access clearance and inductions will be arranged for all team members prior to anyone attending planned or reactive maintenance on any new sites. All on-site staff are supplied with appropriate communication equipment to enable rapid escalation of reactive works if needed. Our management teams will also be contactable 24/7, and available to address any day-to-day issues or concerns.

In addition to all statutory training, Galaxy FM provide Internal training including Staff Induction Training and Night Working.
